Leitfaden digitaler Tachograf (DTCO)
Mit der EU-weiten Einführung des digitalen Tachographen (DTCO) ab 01.05.2006 sind alle neu zugelassenen Fahrzeuge über 3,5 t Gesamtgewicht (Güterbeförderung) und Fahrzeuge, die für die Beförderung von mehr als ab 9 Personen (Personenbeförderung) ausgelegt sind mit einem „digitalen Tachographen (DTCO)“ auszurüsten.
Dieser kurze Leitfaden listet die Pflichten für Unternehmer und Fahrer auf. Weiterhin zeigt er die benötigte Ausstattung auf:
Pflichten Unternehmer:
- Daten der Fahrerkarte alle 28 Tage auslesen
- Auf Verlangen Daten dem Fahrer aushändigen
- Daten aus Massenspeicher alle 90 Tage auslesen
- Daten gegen Verlust und Beschädigung absichern
- Ausdrucke aus dem DTCO wärme- und feuchtigkeitsgeschützt aufbewahren
- Auswertung sowie lückenlose Dokumentation der Lenk- und Ruhezeiten
- Unterweisungspflicht bei Verstößen
- Archivierungspflicht 1 Jahr für alle Daten
- Auf Anforderung Übergabe der Daten an die Behörde
- Verlust der Unternehmenskarte muss nach spätestens 7 Tagen gemeldet werden
- Defekt im Digitaltacho sofort durch autorisierte Werkstatt beheben lassen.
Pflichten Fahrpersonal:
- Fahrzeuge mit DTCO dürfen nur mit Fahrerkarte betrieben werden
- Korrekte Benutzung des DTCO
- Bei Fahrten ohne Fahrerkarte (Diebstahl, Verlust) Ausdruck zu Beginn und am Ende jeder Fahrt
- Verlust der Fahrerkarte muss nach spätestens 7 Tagen gemeldet werden
- Fahrerkarte muss zur Archivierung dem Unternehmer ausgehändigt werden
- Mitführungspflicht Fahrunterlagen – 28 Tage
Was wird Benötigt:
- Unternehmenskarte (Gültigkeit: 5 Jahre)
- Fahrerkarte (Gültigkeit: 5 Jahre)
- Papierrollen (Ersatz) für Ausdrucke DTCO
- Software zur Archivierung und Auswertung
